Stations
- Forward Operating Base
- Fleet operating limit
- Base fleet operating limit set to 40.
- Hangar Bay increases the fleet operating limit by 4 per level for 5 levels.
- Total FOL: 60.
- Jump rules
- FOBs jump timers are now universal (there are no longer special rules for jumping towards owned strategic hexes or Dyson Spheres).
- Base jump range set to 100 hexes.
- Particle Accelerator now increases jump range by 5 per level for 10 levels.
- Total jump range: 150 hexes.
- Fleet operating limit
- Alliance station
- Fleet operating limit
- Base fleet operating limit set to 40.
- Alliance Logistic Base increases the fleet operating limit by 2 per level for 10 levels.
- Total FOL: 60.
- Concurrent alliance assaults
- Maximum concurrent alliance assaults allowed set to 3.
- Alliance Command no longer increases allowed alliance assault movements.
- Alliance assault fleet operating limit
- Maximum fleets in an alliance assault set to 20.
- Maximum fleets in an alliance assault increased by 2 per level by the Alliance Command building for 5 levels.
- Total AA FOL: 30.
- Participants per Alliance Assault
- Maximum participants in an alliance assault set to 5.
- Alliance command now increases the number of participants by 1 per level for 5 levels.
- Total participants per AA: 10.
- Participants per Alliance Build
- Set to 15.
- Fleet operating limit
- Dyson Sphere
- Base fleet operating limit set to 60.
- Building queue length set to 60 minutes.
- Base resource capacity set to 50K.
- Buildings
- Removed coalition references from buildings.
- Removed extra GT conditions from buildings.
- Removed Federal Court building from the game.
- Changed the description of Dyson Shell to reflect the Dyson Sphere win condition.
- Ring Structure is now ten levels and increases the fleet operating limit of the Dyson Sphere by 2 per level.
- Total FOL: 80.
- Navigation Beacon is now five levels and increases incoming allied deployment speed by 1 per level.
- Set up a new warehouse schema for gating other buildings.
- New sphere total stats:
- Total time cost: 49 days.
- Total resource cost: 185M.
- Total hit points 5M.
Outposts
- Mining Colony
- Harvest yield is now 80% per level, down from 150%.
- Augmentation now increases its harvest rate by 8% per its level.
- Habitation Dome
- Changed harvest yield to 90% per level, down from 100%.
- Heavy Ship Assembly
- Fixed an error in the description.
Buildings
- Civilian Militia now increases the fleet operating level of the station by 2 per level, up from 1.
- Public Transport now has the correct costs of a tier 4 building and now increases the harvest yield of Habitation Dome by20% per level, up from 10%.
- Colonial Relay now increases the harvest yield of Mining Colony by 20% per level, up from 10%.
Cards
- Added the raid requirement into the text for NPC reward cards.
- Restricted Director of Colonization to industrial fleets.
- Added an explanatory text to Director of Colonization on how to acquire the card.
- Build-R (1440m) is now legendary (meaning it won’t drop from mission caches, only common, rare and epic BRs have a chance to drop from missions).,
- Willy Gamish no longer fits level 2 stations, only level 1s.
- Fixed a malus displayed in green instead of red on Resource Silos.
- Fixed a formatting error for MPL Harvester short description.
- Novice Scout can now be crafted and broken down.
Tasks
- Fixed a localization error quoting the wrong level requirements for completing level 5 outposts.
Map
- Fixed typo in Terrestrial hex names.
- Removed a 1 hex no build radius around Grand Terrestrial hexes.
- Renamed Alien Artifact to Mysterious Mechanism and set its strategic point value to 1.
- Renamed Ancient Mechanism to Enigmatic Mechanism set its strategic point value to 3.
- Reduced number of large nodes available in the ice belts
- More planets were added in some locations that had large areas without a planet or moon.
- Moved some resource nodes around so all starting positions have viable locations for both a Mining Facility and Trading Port.
- Additional NPCs added to the PvE sectors
User Interface
- The disband & leave alliance dialogues should no longer disappear as soon as they appear.
- Minor UI/animation fixes.
Bugfixes
- Operating Fleet Limit is now updated when stations are upgraded.
- Fixed a bug where API Credential updates were not being scheduled if the game was run from Launcher.
Performance
- Improvements to client initialization sequence.
