Starborne: Frontiers - Patch 2.24

• Akula, an upcoming legendary XAOC electric Attacker, can now be previewed in the Index.

• Fixed an issue that could cause some items not to be added to the client cache when logging in, requiring users to clear their cache to see the item.
  This should fix the issues with login rewards being unclaimable.
  Please send reports if the issues persist.
• Fixed some issues with the synthesis panel layout that could happen on some aspect ratios.
