Customer Support Contractor

We are looking for a remote working contractor for our customer service department.
This is a good opportunity to earn some experience in the gaming industry and an excellent opportunity to advance to a full-time position within Solid Clouds.

The Job

• Communicating with customers who submit tickets.
• Organizing and prioritizing submitted tickets.
• Investigating and verifying bugs on the test server.
• Gaining and maintaining an overview of bugs and requests.
• Communicating with the development team daily.

Experience you need

• Comprehensive knowledge of Starborne: Sovereign Space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pluses to have

• Other spoken and written languages.
• Information Technology background.
• Customer support experience.
• Involvement with the Starborne community.
