Features

  • The Vault
    The Alliance boss fight has received a massive overhaul.
    Some details can be found below in the Balance section.
    You can also read about the new fight in this article.
  • Arena rebalanced (more details below)
  • Added a Arena History panel showing the outcome of the 12 latest attack and defense battles
  • Side missions have been added to the normal Campaign.
    These missions are completely optional and offer a higher challenge, story, and significant one time rewards.
  • Unit Rating system added.
    This can be accessed through the index and unit management screens. Players can only rate units that they own and are at rank 5 or higher.
  • "Most used unit formation" system added.
    This can be accessed in the Vault, Bounties, and Anomalies.
  • Credit and Platinum market moved to Market panel in the homebase menu.

Balance


  • The Vault (Alliance Boss)
    HP was reduced to 6M (Normal) /10M (Hard)/23M (Brutal)/75M (Nightmare).
    Defense lowered, but exact values remain undisclosed.
    The animations were overhauled and the abilities reworked.

  • Arena
    Diamond Arena bracket removed.
    Ratings required for each bracket adjusted.
    Rating gain/loss after combat adjusted:
    Attacker victory gains a minimum of 5 points up to 50 points maximum.
    Attacker defeat loses a minimum of 5 points up to 50 points maximum.
    Defender victory gains 0 points.
    Defender defeat loses half the amount of points the victor will gain, rounded up.
  • The point requirements for the majority of all progression events have been reduced.
  • The recruitment tutorial step granting the first defender unit, no longer awards Chisel, but instead now awards Sheperd.
  • Shelter and Huanying are no longer campaign rewards, and are now awarded in side missions.
  • Ship skills that modify incoming and outgoing damage are now additive instead of multiplicative with status effects that affect incoming and outgoing damage.
  • Anemone - Passive and Refit 2 adjusted.
    Passive now decreases damage taken from debuffed enemies by 15% down from 20%.
    Refit 2 self repair triggered by enemies taking damage over time is now 10% down from 20%, but now triggers on all Damage over Time effects, meaning Inferno too.
  • Crocus - Refit 2 adjusted to only trigger on critical hits but also does so for all Damage over Time effects, instead of just Corrosion. It now states:
    "When an ally applies a DoT effect with a critical hit:
    Repair (3% x Max HP) and apply Corrosion II for 2 turns."

    Developer note: "We want Crocus to synergize better with units that bring different Damage over Time effects that arent Corrosion. In exchange for this increased synergy we have made the trigger for the extra Corrosion 2 application a bit more conditional."
  • Curator - Charged Active now applies Out. Damage Down 3 for 2 turns up from rank 2 of the debuff.
  • Demolisher - Charged Active adjusted to now deal less hit damage, 240% down from 250% but also apply another Bomb 2 effect after the Detonate Bomb effect occurs. It now states:
    "Deal (240% x ATK) Damage and detonate Bomb and apply Bomb 2 for 2 turns."
  • Meiying - Refit 2 adjusted to now apply Stealth for 2 turns.
  • Valerian - ATK, Crit. Rate, Crit. DMG, Passive and Refit 2 adjusted.
    ATK reduced to 3541 down from 5148, Crit. Rate increased to 12% up from 0%, and Crit. DMG increased to 26% up from 2%.
    The passive self repair was lowered to 15% of the damage dealt down from 20%.
    Refit 2 changed to no longer extend the self repair team wide and instead now states:
    "After applying Corrosion with a Critical hit: Extend newly applied Corrosions [Chance to hit equal to Crit Dmg] by 1 turn."
    Developer note: "We want to maintain Valerian as a top tier damage dealer, especially for the Vault, but we see a need to deal with their ability to repair the entire team while doing so. In exchange for removing the team repair, we have given Valerian a higher top end damage potential."
  • Yazid - Base HP lowered to 21494 down from 23975.

UI & Visual Changes


  • Alliance Boss encounters,now called Vaults, can be found under the Raids tab of the Alliance panel.
  • Added new UI-VFX when leveling units.
  • Info section when upgrading a unit's level now shows total stats instead of base stats.
  • Updated Tianchao faction art in the Index.
  • Several improvements to beautify and optimize environments.

Updated the following units to have animated character portraits:

  • Crocus
  • Rys
  • Medved
  • Lodolite
  • Purifier
  • Harvester
  • Rika
  • Opal
  • Kinetic

Bug Fixes


  • Fixed an issue that caused certain damage dealing skills to not apply status effects in the associated pattern if the main target was killed by the initial hit.
  • Fixed an issue with Sefuba's Passive and Refit 2 self repair.
  • Fixed an issue with Anjian's Basic Active level up localization.
  • Fixed an issue causing passive shield generation skills to not correctly visualize.
  • Fixed an issue causing ice shard meshes in the Stasis VFX to be overriden by unit ship meshes.
