Change Log - Patch 9.2.3

Below are the patch notes for the new patch to Alpha 9 – Server 1!

–Armed Drones are now unique.
–NOTE: I would like to appeal to the honor of those that have duplicates of this card equipped to remove one of them as they are not supposed to be stacked.
-Fixed the Federal Court building in the Dyson Sphere to have two levels.
-Fixed the Drive Core building in the FOB that had 10 levels of effects and/or costs where they should’ve been only five.

Policy Changes:
–Destroyers are now properly affected by Belligerence.
–Heavy Metals, Noble Gases and Precious Stones changed. They no longer have penalties and give 80/90/100/110/120 metal, gas or crystal instead.
–Little Birds now gives your spies 2/4/6/8/10 spy strength instead of a -15/-12/-9/-6/-3 penalty to station spy defense.
–Military Intelligence spy defense bonus reduced from 12/14/16/18/20 to 2/4/6/8/10 to match Little Birds.

-Changes to how fleets keep track of their movements made so we should never see permanently stuck fleets due to a mismatch of movement IDs. This is one of the two causes for stuck fleets, but fleets can still get temporarily stuck due to server lag.
–Alliance Build Movements cancelled after they start now properly return with resources.
-You can now see the resources of fleets on Alliance Build Movements in the Movements UI.
