Starborne: Frontiers - Patch 2.2 - Updates and Improvements
Bug Fixes
- Dispatch Reward Track: Resolved an issue where the dispatch reward track disappeared for some users.
- Crafted Items: Fixed a problem where Sensors, Software, and Thrusters crafted with a substat booster could incorrectly gain Flat Attack, Hull Points, or Defense as their main stat.
- Ability Origins: Corrected instances of incorrect ability origins on ships.
- Targeting Visuals: Fixed a bug that caused some ability projectiles to miss their targets (visual only).
- Combat Rewards: Addressed an issue where rewards after combat were visible before their animations were triggered.
New Mechanics & Features
Alliance Management Enhancements:
- Inactive Alliance Leaders are now automatically demoted to Members after 14 days of inactivity.
- Auto-Kick Option: If enabled, inactive Members (excluding admins or leaders) are automatically removed from the alliance after 7 days of inactivity.
Dispatch Quality of Life Updates:
- Added a confirmation dialog when dispatching units.
- Tray no longer resets its position after a unit selection.
- Added unit filters to the dispatch interface for easier sorting.
- Bonus rewards you didn’t receive are no longer displayed in the mission recap.
Unit Management:
- Improved duplicate unit filtering with options to hide all unleveled, unequipped, and unlocked units.
Balance Changes
- MPL Fortitude: Fixed HP calculation discrepancies.
- Fixed an issue where Duster could not be defeated in the Abyss.
- Lifeline Implant: Corrected shield calculation issues to ensure accurate values.
- Everliving Faction Ops boss scenarios were adjusted.
- Wusheng Basic and Charged skill damage multipliers were adjusted.
UI & Graphics
Visual Upgrades:
- New ship models for Yazid and Hermes.
- Optimized the UI and camera systems for improved performance.
- Reduced the brightness of full-screen flashes during certain unit attacks.
New Indicators & Adjustments:
- Star requirements now displayed in Faction Ops placements.
- Rare unit pulls in ten draws now have a glow effect to enhance visibility.
