Features
- The Alliance Feed now displays automated messages when role changes happen.
- Added a settings option to disable screen shake.
- Added a V-Sync option in the graphics settings for desktop, the option does not show for mobile. This system should work seamlessly with the auto-adjust performance feature.
- A settings option was added to disable reward and challenge notifications.
- Added a settings option to change the duration of side notifications.
UI, Visual & Audio Changes
- Hayyan has a new ship model.
- Abyss borders are now circular.
- The chapter name splash was removed from chapter transitions once in Hard+ difficulty in the Campaign.
- The app icon should now be circular for Android.
- Reworked Marauder ability VFX, improving projectile and splash effects.
- Added new splash and hit origin FX systems to improve the clarity of the pattern target and to reduce the need for spawning additional projectiles for each splash target.
- Optimized VFX system by adding a developer option to limit ship mesh VFX instances to 1 per volley of hits from an ability. Previously meshes were spawned for each hit, leading to potentially very high mesh counts, and therefore high poly counts.
- Refactored projectile hit and collision code.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue causing Stealth FX to apply to the wrong (extra) target.
- Fixed an issue causing Challenge Goto -> Bounty to break if the user was previously in the Abyss.
- Fixed an issue causing hex placement UI to fade between states upon retrying combat.
