How do I delete my account?

If you've decided the game isn't for you or you would like your data deleted, please open the game and go to settings > account > delete account. Alternatively, you can request deletion by contacting us here.

You will receive an email requesting the following information:

• In-game user ID (Can be copied via the info tab in settings)
• Account creation date
• A screenshot of the last shop transaction. (If applicable, make sure transaction ID and purchase date are visible)
• Name of alliance (If in one)
• Any other information that may prove account ownership (e.g., highest level unit, commander level, owned legendary units)
