Why can’t I make a purchase?

Trouble making a purchase? Follow these tips:

1. Verify your card information and billing address:

• Play Store: Go to your user icon > payments and subscriptions > payment methods.
• App Store: On your Apple device, go to settings > media and purchases > view account.
• Steam: Select your account name in the top right corner > account details.
• PC Client: You can confirm your card details via the browser pop-up when making a purchase.

2. Ensure you are signed into the correct Google/Apple account. 

3. Check your internet connection.
